Bergstrom Community Gardens

Welcome to Bergstrom Community Garden — a long-envisioned space where neighbors from Village Farm, Loma Vista, Oak Forest, Citizen House Decker, Spectra Park, and beyond can come together to grow, learn and share.

The BCG offers:

  • Raised beds (with rich soil & soil amendments)
  • Multiple affordable plot sizes available for a small rental fee
  • Shared tools and wheelbarrows
  • Water spigots and hoses for easy access
  • Plants/seeds available for purchase
  • Educational workshops and community events

A fun children’s area for our youngest green thumbs! This is more than a garden. It's a shared vision coming to life, where stewardship, sustainability, and a love of fresh food connect us all. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just getting your hands dirty for the first time, this is a place for everyone – where experts can teach, beginners can learn, and all can grow.
