Resident Association
Brandy BeverlyOver the years, residents have come together to build a vibrant community—transforming a collection of tiny houses and a farm into a true neighborhood. From garden and bird clubs to cooking classes, movie nights, and game nights, these activities take planning, coordination, and many helping hands.
While the community continues to thrive, consistent follow-through from management has sometimes been a challenge, especially with frequent staff turnover. We’ve made progress, and we remain committed to working together to keep that momentum going.
The Steering Committee is a group of residents who gather community input and share it with management in a clear, unified way. If you’re interested in joining, we’d love to hear from you.
We also host occasional resident check-ins to learn what’s working, what could improve, and what new ideas you’d like to explore—so keep an eye out for an invitation.
There are many ways to get involved, and your talents are welcome. To learn more, email vfresidentsassoc@gmail.com.
