1. Amenities & Community Spaces
Outstanding Concerns
• Phases 2 and 3 are still awaiting completion of planned amenities.
• Residents have submitted alternative design ideas intended to better reflect community use and reduce costs.
Dog Parks
• Delays in completion of the new dog park at the former laundry site.
• Existing dog parks require turf installation to replace unsanitary mulch conditions.
• Timeline has been pushed due to staffing and rebidding of contracts.
Farmhouse Usage
• Increased demand is limiting resident access.
• Reserved for tiny home residents only (not RV guests).
• Cleaning protocols are in place but impacted by staffing changes.
• Farmhouse bookings are now resident-led, with management oversight.
White Building
• Free for resident use (excluding conference room).
• Refundable deposit required.
• Coffee bar and back room to be made available.
2. Infrastructure & Maintenance
Lighting
• Multiple outages across the property.
• Dark areas remain a safety concern.• Lighting solutions are under evaluation.
Road Conditions
• Village Farm Drive requires ongoing maintenance due to potholes.
• Management is researching vendors for recurring upkeep.
Landscaping & Irrigation
• Non-functioning irrigation systems.
• Overgrown or poorly maintained landscaping.
• Work has begun with additional approvals pending.
Sidewalk Installation
New sidewalk proposed for Phase 3.
3. Parking & Accessibility
Resident Parking
• Insufficient parking for households with multiple vehicles.
• Parking signage expected by end of April.
Guest Parking
• Shortage in Phases 2 and 3.

Bike Storage
Request for covered bike racks remains open.
